Multi-color young June ripe fruits made me dream of a sweet pie, but fresh and light. A lucky happy news came for guests on the way, so there will be people to design it for 😉 Imagination, Visualization boiled my energy and… Voila!

Flute music made me feel tender, smooth and easy, so I start to pick the fruits.
The bottom of a round tray was covered by a layer of ghee, than Kiwis, Apricots and Cherries, arranged in a mandala, brown sugar on + a pinch of grind Rosemary. I prepared an average thick mixture of: spelt flour : buckwheat : corn flour (4:1:1), tea spoon of backing soda, 4 spoons of brown sugar, the juice of half lemon, 2 spoons of coconut butter. Pour it on the fruits 1 cm layer, bake for 30 min in 180* so the ingredients spread their energies in the fire. Leave the pie to cool down and switch the tray upside down so the beauty and colors glazing and shine for eye’s joy.
Let it be the perfect breakfast or dessert!
It is also a good combination with some fresh yogurt
